» Back Safety COQ 220
This training is presented to all USF Faculty and Staff. Basic Back Safety and body mechanics are offered with helpful tips on lifting, walking and carrying loads properly. Also examples of stretching and how to keep you back healthy are addressed. From the desk to the docks or the board room to the class room all can apply what is presented in this course.
